Research
I am interested in plant pathogen diagnostics and integrated plant disease management. I am currently working on an SCRI project to identify novel compounds to control bacterial canker of tomato. I am using a high through-put chemigenomic approach to evaluate small molecule libraries for inhibitors of Clavibacter michiganensissubsp. michiganensis virulence factors andin planta growth
