Research Area
As a member of the Cereal Disease Epidemiology Lab, my research is mainly focused on Fusarium head blight of wheat. Specifically, I am looking at how different rainfall patterns effect disease development, deoxynivalenol (DON) accumulation and fungicide efficacy. This research will serve to help growers make more informed management decisions.
