Advanced Plant Pathology Lab: Nematology

This course will prepare students to implement techniques used by nematologists, both in applied diagnostics and research settings. It will provide foundational training in principles and methods applied to the study of plant pathogenic nematodes. The course will cover wet lab techniques for diagnosis and inoculation, computational analysis of genomic sequence data, advanced microscopy.
Prereq: 3001, and 3002; or 6001; or permission of the instructor.
