The APS Office of Public Relations and Outreach (OPRO) is sponsoring the first ever World's Dirtiest Job in Plant Pathology video contest. Sarah Ellis and Monica Lewandowski are coordinating a submission from our department and we will be looking to you for your involvement! The winning video and other selected entries will be featured at the 2008 APS Centennial Meeting in Minneapolis and on the APSnet homepage. The winning video and the runners up will be posted to YouTube, and the winning entry will be sent to the Discovery Channel's "Dirty Jobs" to demonstrate that plant pathology also has some of the world's dirtiest jobs. Deadline for entry is June 1. (Contacts: Sarah Ellis, ellis.7@osu.edu and Monica Lewandowski, lewandowski.52@osu.edu)
The following rules and judging criteria apply:
1) Open to all APS members
2) The dirtier the job the better!
3) Document the fun and humor

5) The maximum file size for upload is 50 MB
6) File type must be in WMV, AVI, MOV, or MPG format
7) Increase viewer understanding of plant pathology
