If you are interested in agriculture, biology or the environmental sciences, you may be surprised to find out what Plant Pathology has to offer.
Our undergraduate program offers a Plant Health Management major (B.S. in Agriculture) and a minor in Plant Pathology (Major/Minor Checklist).
We have the advantages of a small department in a large university. Excellent courses, internships and work experiences are available. We also offer outstanding scholarships to Plant Health Management majors. Check out the many opportunities in one of the top plant pathology programs in the country!

- Plant Disease Management (PLNTPTH 603)
- Bioterrorism: An Overview (PLNTPTH 455)
- Societal Issues: Pesticides, Alternatives, and the Environment (PLNTPTH 597)
- Social Impact of Plant Diseases in Shaping Human Society (PLNTPTH 201, an online course). This online course is now offered through the Office of Continuing Education - anyone can take this course! > More
