A graduate research associateship to pursue an MS in Plant Pathology is available starting in 2010 (preferably summer quarter or earlier) under the guidance of Dr. Sally Miller.

The project is an international program funded by U.S. AID in the area of integrated pest management of vegetable diseases. The student must be willing to conduct much of the research in Nepal, India or Bangladesh.  Only U.S. citizens are eligible for this particular program.

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in biology, microbiology, plant or agricultural sciences or a related area.  Experience in plant pathology or microbiology is desirable but not required.
