Scholarships

Did you know . . . two out of every three students in the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences receive scholarship dollars?  Plant Health Management majors may be eligible for these and other scholarships:


Plant Protection Scholarships

For Plant Health Management majors - awards are based on grade point average.

   

$2500 (3.5 - 4.0 cumulative GPA)

$1500 (3.0 - 3.49 cumulative GPA) 


  • Awards are made to incoming freshmen based on cumulative GPA from high school, and to transfer students based on GPA at their previous academic institution.
  • For currently enrolled majors, awards are based upon review of cumulative GPA at Ohio State at the end of Winter Quarter.
  • All Plant Health Management majors are considered; no application is required.



A. J. Hoffmann Award

Established in memory of vegetable producer Arthur J. Hoffmann, this scholarship is awarded to a junior or senior researching a greenhouse vegetable production problem.  All eligible students are considered; no application is required.
