Future Students

turf 1

In a recent college survey on academic advising, Plant Pathology ranked highest among academic departments by both undergrad and grad students, validating our commitment to student education.

When we say we're here for our students, we mean it.

Interested in plant pathology?

The Department of Plant Pathology offers an undergradate major in Plant Health Management and a minor in Plant Pathology.  Students take basic core science plus courses in plant pathology, horticulture and related areas.  We also offer introductory and general education courses.

Explore the "Future Undergraduate Students" tab for more information our our programs, including degree programs, internships, scholarships and courses.  And check out what's offered in Spring 2009.

Thinking about graduate school?

Department Chair Dr. Michael J. Boehm has developed a guide to help you think about your options (pdf file).  And we invite you to explore the "Future Graduate Students" tab for more information on our research areas and the graduate application process.
