The American Phytopathological Society is an international scientific organization devoted to the study of plant diseases and their control.  Services include publication of books and journals, support for students and researchers via the APS Foundation, an education center, industry relations, public affairs, a job placement center, and recognition for plant pathologists through their awards and honors program.

Plant Management Network, or PMN, is a not-for-profit, non-commercial resource for disease and insect recommendations, crop production, turfgrass management, forage and rangeland management and natural resource conservation.  PMN publishes four peer-reviewed journals - Applied Turfgrass Science, Crop Management, Forage and Grazinglands, and Plant Health Progress.  The PMN's vast searchable database also includes image collections, an education and training center, and field trial data.
